No public accountNo sign-up, payment or platform credentials are collected here.
Email stays explicitThe contact form prepares a draft in your own email application.
No tracking cookiesThe current public pages set no analytics, advertising or marketing cookies.

1. Who we are

This notice describes personal-data processing on the public vampire.energy website. It does not describe customer deployments or platform processing, which must be governed by the relevant customer agreement, data-processing terms and deployment configuration.

For website privacy enquiries, contact [email protected].

2. What personal data we collect

2.1 Standard web requests

When a browser requests this website, the hosting and network infrastructure may receive standard technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as:

  • IP address, request time and requested URL
  • Browser or user-agent information and referring URL, when supplied by the browser
  • Technical information needed for security, diagnostics and delivery

2.2 Information you choose to email

The contact page can compose an email containing information you enter, which may include:

  • Full name and business email address
  • Company or organisation name
  • Operating context, desired outcome, and current deployment stage
  • Number of sites, approximate charging scale and rollout geography, where provided
  • Free-text details about infrastructure, integrations, requirements, or operational constraints, where provided

The public website has no account sign-up or payment flow. This notice therefore does not make claims about platform credentials, charging-session data or payment-card processing.

4. How the contact form works

The form runs in your browser. When you submit it, the page prepares a mailto: link and opens your configured email application with a draft addressed to [email protected].

The website itself does not send or store the form fields. Information leaves your device only if you choose to send the draft through your email service. Your email provider's privacy terms then apply.

We do not sell website visitor data and do not use it for solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

5. Service providers and external links

The public website involves the following categories of recipients:

Recipient / category Purpose
Website hosting and network providersDelivering and securing website requests and maintaining technical logs
Google FontsDelivering the typefaces and icon font requested by your browser
Your email provider and oursTransmitting an enquiry only when you send the prepared email
External sitesLinkedIn, GitHub and cited sources receive a request only when you follow their links

Hosting and security logs

Retention depends on the website hosting and security configuration. You may contact us for the current setting that applies to a particular request.

7. Cookies, analytics and fonts

The current website does not set analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. Its local interaction script records events only in the current page's memory unless a transmission endpoint is configured; no such endpoint is configured in these public pages.

Externally hosted fonts and icons

Pages request Bricolage Grotesque, IBM Plex and Material Symbols from Google Fonts. That request discloses standard network information, including your IP address, to Google. See Google Fonts privacy FAQ.

If non-essential tracking is introduced later, this notice and the consent mechanism will need to be updated before that tracking runs.

Under the GDPR you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

Right of access

Obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Right to rectification

Correct inaccurate or incomplete data without undue delay.

Right to erasure

Request deletion of your data where there is no overriding legal basis to retain it.

Right to object

Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.

Where we rely on consent as the legal basis, you may withdraw it at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within the period required by applicable data-protection law.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence. In Romania this is the Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP) at dataprotection.ro.
